He enjoys the variety of work available at the commercial bar, including in particular controversies involving insurance, general contract, trust and equity, trade practices and corporations law. A particular area focus within Michael’s practice is disputation arising in an insurance context, whether it be acting in substantial professional negligence suits involving insured defendants such as directors, accountants, lawyers, architects, engineers, valuers and the like, or acting in complex policy coverage disputes for both insurers and insureds.
