Jasmine Robertson

Jasmine was called to the Bar in 2026. She accepts briefs in all areas of law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Jasmine was a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. She was also the tipstaff/associate to Justice Peden of the NSWSC (2023-2024), and the tipstaff/associate to Justice Griffiths and Justice Basten of the NSWCA (2024-2025).

Jasmine is a casual academic at the University of Technology Sydney, where she has taught Tort Law and examined in Contract Law and Commercial Remedies. Jasmine is also a member of the Board of the Commercial Law Association.
