Patrick Reynolds

Patrick Reynolds is an experienced advocate who practises across a broad range of commercial litigation and regularly advises and appears in multifaceted complex disputes. He has an extensive practice and is highly regarded for his pragmatic commercial approach to litigation.

He has particular expertise in relation to disputes concerning corporations law, banking, finance, insolvency, bankruptcy, property, securities, PPSA, trusts, equity, administrative law, professional negligence, and complex private disputes spanning commercial and family relationships.

Patrick has substantial experience running and appearing for clients in trials, appeals, examinations and a variety of applications. He has appeared in most Federal and NSW Courts and Tribunals, including the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

He has appeared for and has advised many leading companies, including National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Suncorp, Bankwest, MLC, and subsidiaries of Colgate-Palmolive.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
