Rebecca has a broad commercial and employment practice. She appears in a range of matters, often unled, such as large commercial proceedings, corporations matters, insurance matters, urgent proceedings for injunctive relief (such as for restraints of trade and extension of caveats), employment and industrial disputes, work health and safety prosecutions, corruption inquiries and sports law matters.
