Victoria Brigden

Victoria Brigden is an experienced senior-junior counsel who appears led and unled in a range of commercial, regulatory, public law and employment law proceedings. She regularly appears in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Federal Court of Australia and has appeared in the New South Wales Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia. She has frequently appeared in regulatory proceedings, both for and against Commonwealth regulators including the ACCC, ASIC and the Fair Work Ombudsman, at trial and on appeal. She appears in commercial matters for large and small corporations, and employment matters for both employers and employees.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Victoria worked as a solicitor at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
