Chris Tam

Chris’ practice, developed over 15 years at the Bar, covers all areas of commercial law (complex commercial disputes and civil fraud) and complex financial crime.

He has appeared as sole or leading counsel in many higher Court trials and appeals.

Other experience, as sole counsel, includes:

  • pleading 100s of cases in higher courts in NSW, Qld and Victoria covering most areas of commercial law;
  • appearing in many motions/applications in Courts at all levels covering all aspects of civil procedure and most aspects of criminal procedure;
  • prosecuting serious, principally financial, crime for the Commonwealth DPP in NSW and Qld courts; and
  • appearing in commercial and sports arbitrations.
