Benjamin Goodyear

Benjamin specialises in cases involving:

• commercial and contractual disputes;
• corporations law;

• insolvency and personal bankruptcy;

In terms of qualifications, he holds a:

• Bachelor of Science majoring in Theoretical Physics;
• Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment;
• Graduate Diploma in Property;
• Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (in which he won nine subject prizes and a University Medal); and
• Bachelor of Civil Law.

Prior to joining the Bar, Benjamin worked as an Associate for the Honourable Justice Bruce Lander of the Federal Court of Australia, and as a solicitor at Henry Davis York and King & Wood Mallesons.
