Benjamin Goodyear

Benjamin is a former Associate to the Honourable Justice Lander of the Federal Court of Australia and, prior to joining the Bar, was a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons.

He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Theoretical Physics; a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment; a Graduate Diploma in Property; a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (in which he won nine subject prizes and a University Medal); and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford.

Benjamin accepts briefs in all areas of private law.
